"A director makes 100 decisions an hour. If you don't know how to make the right decision, you're not a director" - George Lucas

My Professional Qualifications

I graduated from Ballyfermot College, Dublin with a B.A. (Hons) in Media Management & Production and a Higher National Diploma in Television Production. At the age of 22, I produced a programme on the Dublin Port Tunnel that aired on National Television. Working in both production and post-production roles, I have produced videos for clients including Vodafone Ireland, Bank of Ireland, First Trust Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, Sky and TG4. In the past five years, Blue Moon Productions has been nominated for several awards, including as one of the top five wedding videographers in Ireland by weddingsonline.ie

My Love of Filming

I first picked up a video camera at the age of 16 and have rarely been found without one since! Whether I am filming a commercial production or when travelling around Ireland or the world, I am always reminded of how passionate I am about my job. When I look through the viewfinder of my cameras, my eye is drawn to the little details and I love exploring new perspectives through my filming.

My Life Experience

In 2015 I married my best friend, Anna. We have been together since 2009 and have travelled the world together.  While Anna sometimes jokes about being a “photography widow”, the images and videos from our travels are constant reminders of how lucky we are and that I have a job that I love.
